Two attorneys have joined the law firm of Warren E. Kasper.
P.A. David T. Kasper is a cum laude graduate of the Appalachian School of Law, where he was on the dean’s list for three semesters, served as vice president of the Student Bar Association and was a member of the school’s Honor Court. Also a graduate of N.C. State University, Kasper previously worked as an intern in the Forsyth County District Attorney’s office. He is a member of both the North Carolina and Forsyth County bar associations.
George A. “Trip” Payne is a graduate of the Appalachian School of Law and a cum laude graduate of Appalachian State University. Payne served as senior editor of the Appalachian Law School’s law review journal, chaired the school’s Law Career Services Committee and was on the dean’s list for one semester. He is a member of the Forsyth County and North Carolina bar associations. Payne previously held internship positions in Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corp.’s law department and at the Forsyth County District Attorney’s office.
The Kasper law firm provides a full range of legal services to individuals and small businesses, including business formation, estates and trusts, real estate matters, family law, and civil and criminal litigation. The firm opened in Clemmons in 1980 and is retained counsel for the Village of Clemmons.
